• Account information via Google or Apple sign-in: your display name, email address, and Firebase user ID.
• Content you create: your drawings, photos you capture and share, captions, and the session codes you use.
• Device push notification tokens, used to send session and widget-update notifications.

How we use your information

We use this information to:

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Enable real-time collaboration and sync drawings between participants.
• Send widget updates and session notifications.
• Maintain security, and debug and improve the app.

Third-party services

Doodle Sync uses Firebase and related Google services for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, and notifications.

How your information is shared

Your content is shared only with the people in your session who have the session code. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the app's functionality. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at doodlesync0@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

Doodle Sync is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
